Terms & Conditions

Version 1.0 · Effective June 2026 · Governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada

1. Membership Eligibility

Founder Dine is an exclusive community for founders, entrepreneurs, and C-level executives. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. Every application is reviewed manually, and we reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our sole discretion.

2. Membership & Billing

Membership fees are billed monthly through our secure payment provider. Billing begins only after your application has been approved. Unless cancelled before the next billing cycle, memberships automatically renew each month.

3. Event Bookings & Cancellations

Dinner reservations must be made within the booking window specified for each event. Cancellations made at least seven days before the scheduled dinner may qualify for a refund where applicable. Late cancellations and no-shows are generally non-refundable.

4. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to treat fellow attendees with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the community without refund.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Information shared during Founder Dine events is intended to remain confidential. Members agree not to record conversations, capture screenshots of member information, or distribute private discussions without explicit consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and materials displayed on the Founder Dine website remain the exclusive property of Founder Dine and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Founder Dine is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our events or use of our platform. Attendance is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
